    Main duties include:

    • To plan and deliver high quality Dance & Performing Arts sessions inside & outside of School.

    • Consulting with children and involving them in planning.
    • Organizing Showcases & the work that is involved.
    • Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation, parents & schools.
    • Keeping the work environment healthy, safe & secure.
    • Working within the framework of Spotlights policies and procedures.
    • Essential Qualifications/ Knowledge and Experience.
    • Experience of working with 6 to16 year olds.
    • Experience of administration.
    • Promotional Work.
    • Understanding the varied needs of children and their families.
    • Appropriate child protection training.
    • Ability to work on your own initiative.
    • Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
    • Full DBS.

    You will need to:
    LEAD – Be an example, prepared, punctual and professional.
    COACH – Be inclusive of all abilities and be able to Identify children’s different abilities and adapt. Be Passionate about working with children from all backgrounds. With a positive I can-do attitude.
    INSPIRE – Motivate and encourage the fun in dance & performing arts, building positive outcomes, building confidence and self-esteem, improving physical, social and mental wellbeing
