We currently collect and process the following information:

How We Get The Personal Information And Why We Have It
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Registration of children to our clubs and classes
- Making donations and grants
- Becoming a member of staff or volunteer
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Professionals such as schools, social workers or health visitors when making a referral for mentoring or food bank.
- Grant and donation providers/processors including but not limited to JustGiving, Give as you Live to we can give thanks for donations.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- Contact parents/carers of children in our care
- Process donations and grants
- Keep contacts informed of upcoming events
- To thank public or companies who have helped the charity
- Process payroll
- Deliver food to address
We may share this information with staff/volunteers who need access to it for the above reasons but we will never pass or sell the information given.

How We Store Your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored at Hart House, Priestly Road, Basingstoke.
We keep financial information for 7 years. We will then dispose of your information by shredding.
We keep contact information for a year after the person who the information relates to has left/discontinued using our services. We will then dispose of your information by shredding and deleting and online record.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
